Subject: Language Arts/ Leadership

What will my child walk away with? The ability to communicate with clarity, confidence, and genuine audience awareness — skills I have spent 23 years developing in teachers, administrators, and students across school districts in Texas and beyond. I bring the rigor of district-level instructional design into every session.

What can families expect? A teacher who understands systems: how students learn, how schools work, and how to design experiences that produce measurable growth. My background spans classroom teaching, special education supervision, ESL coaching, and executive school leadership, and all of it informs how I work with students.

What does class actually feel like? High-energy, purposeful, and deeply student-centered. I believe inclusive and innovative instruction is not a compromise — it is the condition for genuine achievement, and I design every class to reflect that.

How do you challenge a curious mind? I raise the stakes on communication. It is one thing to have a good idea. It is another to articulate it clearly to an audience that does not already agree with you. I push students toward that harder, more valuable skill.
